If you’re looking for an Officiant, you also want to know what kind of ceremonies are available to you.
I perform two basic kinds of weddings: Pre-Written and Custom.
The Pre-Written ceremony is one I’ve already created and into which I insert your names. The Pre-Written ceremony has vows built into it, although you are welcome to speak your own vows if you choose.
The Custom ceremony is one I write specifically for you, using information I get from chatting with you (in person or via phone/Zoom depending on proximity) and from the Wedding-Questionnaire I’ll ask you to fill out. The Custom ceremony can include any readings, rituals, songs, or square dances you want, and you can create your own vows, or have me write them. It’s all up to you!
You can follow the links to samples of both the Pre-Written and Custom ceremonies.
You can also follow these links to sample Vows and Readings, just to get a sense of what’s possible. Enjoy!
